Zoho Chat is a great collaboration tool! This cool web tool lets you form group chats using your IM friends from many popular networks. (I.E. Google, Yahoo, MSN, AIM, ICQ, & Jabber etc…) Like many online collaboration tools there is the option to chat live and share your desktop, but you also have the functionality to create calendar events.
However, my favorite thing about this web tool was the extremely quick setup. The website asked me four questions: 1 Username, 2. Email, 3. Password, 4. Confirm Password. That’s it! As soon as I entered that information I was into the program and ready to rock and roll.
